As a victim, I want to start without paying upfront, so that cost is never the reason I don't act.
The 360
Guide
One office, three doors. The single reference for how Meridian looks, speaks, and operates - from the person who lost everything to the institution that can freeze it.
A recovery office for the age of digital fraud.
When digital wealth is taken, this is where it comes home. Meridian is the client-facing office for people and institutions confronting crypto and digital-asset fraud - built to follow the money, build the case, and connect each victim with the right people.
The Office
For victims. Evidence, tracing, and a credible path to recovery - free at every step, with the same care at every amount.
The Coalition
For counsel. Court-ready forensic artifacts, loss-documentation toolkits, and expert declarations on demand.
Meridian Nexus
For institutions. Programmatic freeze and verify, address intelligence, and a defensible audit trail.
Institutional, plain-spoken, unflinching. Never sensational, never salesy.
We do not promise outcomes. We pursue them, with evidence and coordination.
On-chain tracing powered by CipherBlade, an integrated forensic partner.
Operated by NorthPoint Core Services, LLC, which earns on recoveries it helps secure.
This guide is the canonical reference for Meridian's product surfaces, brand system, audiences, and operating flows. It covers three public-facing doors, a victim case portal, and an internal operations console - the complete footprint a new operator, designer, or partner needs to understand the office end to end.
The brand system.
Meridian reads as an institution, not a startup. The system is editorial: a serif voice with authority, a single decisive accent, and restraint everywhere else.
A meridian line crossing a globe - longitude as the through-line from loss to recovery. The wordmark is set in Newsreader with open letter-spacing; the descriptor sits beneath in mono caps. Clear space equals the height of the mark on all sides.
Crimson is used once per view, with intent. The public doors run on ink-and-paper; the internal console inverts to a dark field with a brass operator accent.
- Speak plainly and with authority. Short, declarative sentences.
- Lead with the victim's reality, then the path forward.
- Use crimson sparingly - one accent moment per view.
- Label CipherBlade as an integrated partner ("powered by").
- Promise recovery, guaranteed returns, or fixed timelines.
- Use fear-marketing, urgency gimmicks, or hype language.
- Stack multiple accent colors or gradients into one screen.
- Imply CipherBlade is owned, or expose internal capital structure.
One office, three doors.
Every audience enters through a door built for them - the victim, the attorney, the institution - plus the operators who work every case behind the counter.
The Defrauded
Counsel
Institutions
Recovery operators work every case from the internal Operations Console (desk). They triage intake by recoverability, coordinate across law enforcement, counsel, and exchanges, and keep an auditable record. Access is invite-only by design.
User stories.
What each audience needs to accomplish, in their own words - the backlog that the surfaces are built to satisfy.
As a victim, I want to package my evidence into one envelope, so that I hold a credible, organized record.
As a victim, I want to trace where my funds went, so that I understand whether recovery is plausible.
As a victim, I want a ready-to-file law-enforcement and IRS kit, so that I can report without legal expertise.
As a victim, I want status on my case, so that I am never left in the dark.
As a victim, I want to be connected to the right people, so that coordination happens for me, not by me.
As an attorney, I want a court-admissible forensic trace report, so that I can support filings and motions.
As a firm, I want a loss-documentation toolkit, so that I can standardize intake and compliance.
As counsel, I want an expert declaration on demand, so that I can introduce qualified testimony.
As counsel, I want to refer a client into the Office, so that evidence is handled before I engage.
As a compliance team, I want to verify an address via API, so that I can block disbursement in real time.
As an institution, I want an immutable audit trail, so that my actions are defensible to regulators.
As an operator, I want a unified case queue, so that I can triage intake by recoverability.
As an operator, I want to manage invitations, so that console access stays invite-only.

Integrations & partners.
A small, deliberate stack. Forensics and recovery economics sit with named partners; everything else is owned infrastructure.
CipherBlade
On-chain forensic tracing behind FlashTrace and the Coalition's trace reports. Labeled "powered by CipherBlade" - an integrated partner, never represented as owned.
NorthPoint Core Services, LLC
The legal entity operating Meridian. Earns on recoveries it helps secure. Capital structure stays off public-facing surfaces.
Vercel · all three surfaces, auto-deploy from main.
Convex · meridian-app & meridian-desk datasets.
Cloudflare · DNS, email routing, DKIM.
